HoR meeting taking place today



KATHMANDU: The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) under the Federal Parliament is taking place today.

The meeting will be held at the Parliament Building in New Baneshwor at 1 pm.

During today’s meeting, Abdul Khan, Chairman of the Industry, Commerce, Labor, and Consumer Welfare Committee, will present the ‘Report of the Committee on the Electronic Trade Bill.’

Additionally, Minister for Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs, Ajay Kumar Chaurasiya, is scheduled to present a proposal to discuss the legislative bill along with the report of the Law, Justice, and Human Rights Committee and will propose the ‘passage of the legislative bill.’

Minister for Labor, Employment, and Social Security, Sharat Singh Bhandari, is scheduled to present a report on the ‘Mechanisms of new international labor standards (Conventions, Protocols, and Recommendations) adopted by the International Labor Conference of the International Labor Organization.’
