KATHMANDU: A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) under the Federal Parliament is scheduled to be held today. According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, the meeting will begin at 11:00 am.
During today’s meeting, Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle is scheduled to present a proposal to send the Bill to Amend and Repeal Certain Nepal Acts Related to Finance, 2083 to the concerned committee for clause-by-clause discussion.
Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal will also present a condolence motion on the passing of former House of Representatives member and Constituent Assembly member Gopal Man Shrestha.
Meanwhile, a meeting of the Legislation Management Committee is also being held today. The committee meeting, scheduled for 11:00 am, will provide an orientation on “Legislative Interrelationship in Federalism: Practice, Needs, and Challenges in Nepal.”
