Landslide blocks Prithvi Highway in Dhading

KATHMANDU: The Prithvi Highway has been fully blocked due to a landslide in Parawa Bhir near Malekhu, Dhading.

Dhading Police reported that the road is closed in both directions after the landslide occurred at 7:30 pm on Monday.

Security agencies are working to clear the debris, but the police have indicated that it will not be possible to reopen the road overnight.

Motorists have been advised to park their vehicles in safe locations until further notice.
