Gold price hits all-time high



KATHMANDU: The price of gold has surged by 2,100 rupees today, reaching a new all-time high.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the fine gold is traded at Rs 150,800 per tola today.

It should be noted that gold prices had surged to a new record high on August 5 with fine gold reaching Rs 150,000 per tola.

Additionally, the price of silver increased by 25 rupees per tola, with silver trading at 1,740 rupees today.

In the international market, gold is trading at $2,460 per ounce, while silver is priced at $27.66 per ounce.
