KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Cabinet has decided to donate one month’s salary to support rescue and relief efforts for victims of monsoon-related disasters.

This decision was made during a Cabinet meeting on Monday.

As of Tuesday afternoon, the Armed Police Force (APF) stated that the ongoing heavy rainfall from Thursday to Saturday has resulted in 238 fatalities, with 28 individuals still missing.
