KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC) has extended sorrow over the jeep accident occurred in Mugu district.
Issuing a condolence message today, Chief Secretary of the NC Party Office, Krishna Prasad Poudel extended sorrow over the death of five persons in a jeep accident occurred at Soru rural municipality on Monday.
Four others were critically injured in the accident. The accident took place when the jeep (Ja 1 Cha 7762) heading towards Gamgadhi from Sorukot fell some 200 meters off the road.
Paying tributes to the deceased, the NC wished for eternal peace to the departed soul and extended condolences to the bereaved families.
The NC also wished speedy recovery to all the injured and demanded the government to make arrangement of proper treatment of the injured.
