KATHMANDU: The final rites of Constituent Assembly Chairperson and CPN-UML’s vice-chair Subash Chandra Nembang will be performed at Pashupati Aryaghat today with state honor following the funeral procession.
The CPN-UML has urged the attendees with vehicles to reach Shankhapark and Dhumbarai and those having no vehicle to reach Gaushala (in front of ward offices) to attend the funeral procession and pay final tribute.
The funeral procession route, as informed, will march from Nembang’s private residence through Baluwatar, Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, Narayangopal Chowk, Dumbarahi, Chabahil, Gaushala and Pashupati Aryaghat.
