KATHMANDU: The registration of private and public limited companies will be available online from coming October 2.
According to deputy registrar at the Office of the Company Registrar, Shekhar Babu Karki, the Company is switching to online registration to make its services prompt, reliable and technology-friendly.
However, the renewal procedures are to continue physically for the time being until the Office is prepared for the same. It is to take some time to adjust with the new software that recently replaced the old software to launch the online service for the renewal.
It may be noted that the government is in the course of implementing its paperless governance concept with the use and promotion of information technology.
