Nemwang’s funeral to be held tomorrow

Sons returning from the UK and Australia



KATHMANDU: The funeral of CPN-UML Vice Chairman Subash Nemwang, who passed away on Monday night, is scheduled for Wednesday.

Due to the absence of both his sons abroad, Nemwang’s family sources have confirmed that the funeral will take place tomorrow.

Nemwang’s eldest son, Mingso Nemwang, is expected to arrive in Nepal from Britain tomorrow afternoon at four o’clock. He has been residing in the UK with his family.

His younger son, Suhang Nemwang, who departed for Australia 15 days ago, will return tonight at 11 o’clock, according to Krishna Kafle, Nemwang’s personal secretary.

Among Nemwang’s four children, two daughters are currently in Kathmandu.

The UML has announced that Nemwang’s body will be kept at the party office in Chyasal.
