Nepal Power, Nepal EV International Exhibition to begin today



KATHMANDU: Nepal Power, Light and Electronic, Nepal Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances and Nepal EV International Exhibition is set to start today (Friday).

The exhibition is co-organized by Media Space Solutions, Futurex Trade Fare and Events Pvt. Ltd, the Exhibition and Trade Services India Pvt. Ltd and Electric Vehicle Manufacturers and Importers Association of Nepal.

The three-day expo aims to boost the consumption of increasing electricity production of Nepal through the use of electric appliances and vehicles thus strengthening the economy of the country, said the organisers.

More than 100 stalls will be put up in the expo showcasing charging stations, household siring and electric goods, two-wheeler and four-wheeler electric vehicles, electric cycles and consumer electronic goods and equipment.

The exhibition also aims to promote and encourage electric vehicles, and help develop the trade of electrical equipment, and facilitate and promote the domestic and international trade of electrical equipment, it has been said.
