‘Basic Principle of Living 100’, a book by physician, launched



KATHMANDU: A book entitled ‘Basic Principle of Living 100’ penned by doctor Sandesh Pandit has been launched.

Published by Shikha Books Kathmandu, the book teaches ways for humans to adopt healthy diet and lifestyles.

It also tells narratives of people in the world who have lived 100 years and a healthy lifestyle.

Ordeals of a famous artist while the artist fell sick have added flavor to the book.

Commenting on the book, Dr Pandit expressed the hope that this book would change people’s perception and awareness about their health.

“In the past, our ancestors lived 100 years without medicines. But, at present, medical science has taken a stride and given many options to health services. However, we hardly live 60-70 years. This book teaches humans on how to live a longer and healthier life,” he said.
