KARNALI: Vice Chancellor of the Madhyapaschim University Prof Dr Nanda Bahadur Singh has said not the lawmakers but the people with special expertise could be made ministers.

At a press conference organized in Surkhet on Monday, Vice Chancellor Singh asserted that out of 11 universities, the Madhyapaschim University had appointed experts with PhD in the account and finance departments.
