Foreign currency exchange rates fixed for today



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign currency exchange rates for today.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 152.59, while the selling rate has been fixed at Rs 153.19.

Similarly, the buying rate of one European euro has been fixed at Rs 176.96 and the selling rate at Rs 177.65. The buying rate of one UK pound sterling has been fixed at Rs 206.18 and the selling rate at Rs 206.99. Likewise, the buying rate of one Swiss franc is Rs 187.34 and the selling rate is Rs 188.08.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at Rs 109.41 and the selling rate at Rs 109.84. The buying rate of one Canadian dollar is Rs 110.19 and the selling rate is Rs 110.62, while the buying rate of one Singapore dollar is Rs 120.35 and the selling rate is Rs 120.83.

The buying rate of 10 Japanese yen has been fixed at Rs 9.90 and the selling rate at Rs 9.94. Similarly, the buying rate of one Chinese yuan is Rs 22.75 and the selling rate is Rs 22.84. The buying rate of one Saudi Arabian riyal has been fixed at Rs 40.63 and the selling rate at Rs 40.79, while the buying rate of one Qatari riyal is Rs 41.86 and the selling rate is Rs 42.02.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of one Thai baht has been fixed at Rs 4.62 and the selling rate at Rs 4.64. The buying rate of one UAE dirham is Rs 41.55 and the selling rate is Rs 41.71. Similarly, the buying rate of one Malaysian ringgit has been fixed at Rs 37.49 and the selling rate at Rs 37.63.

The buying rate of 100 South Korean won has been fixed at Rs 11.37 and the selling rate at Rs 11.77. Likewise, the buying rate of one Swedish krona is Rs 15.75 and the selling rate is Rs 15.81, while the buying rate of one Danish krone is Rs 23.67 and the selling rate is Rs 23.77.

Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar at Rs 19.46 and the selling rate at Rs 19.53. Similarly, the buying rate of one Kuwaiti dinar has been set at Rs 497.60 and the selling rate at Rs 499.56. The buying rate of one Bahraini dinar is Rs 404.72 and the selling rate is Rs 406.11, while the buying rate of one Omani rial has been fixed at Rs 396.33 and the selling rate at Rs 397.89.

The buying rate of 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs 160, while the selling rate has been set at Rs 160.15.

Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that the exchange rates may be revised at any time as necessary. The exchange rates fixed by commercial banks may differ from those set by the central bank. The latest exchange rates will be available on the official website of Nepal Rastra Bank.
