Communist leader Biplov meets ex-Maoist leaders who defected to UML



KATHMANDU: Communist leader Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplov’ has met leaders who left the Maoists Center and joined the UML Sunday.

Also General Secretary of Nepal Communist Party Biplov met leaders Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, Mani Thapa and Prabhu Sah at leader Lekhraj Bhatta’s residence. The leaders discussed communist movement and contemporary political issues for about three hours.

A few days ago, Biplov had met Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, senior UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal and other communist leaders.

Biplov has been meeting communist leaders after joining mainstream politics.
