CEC Thapaliya stresses on setting up polling centers at convenient places



KATHMANDU: Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya has stressed setting up polling booths and centers at convenient places.

While imparting training to district election officers on updating voters’ list and managing polling booths here today, Thapaliya suggested them to work on election-related activities by minimizing the errors.

The two-day online training is organized for the election officers.

CEC Thapaliya directed the officials to move forward in election-related activities following prevalent laws. He urged to update the voters’ name list to entrants who reached 18 till the announcement of the election date.
