Weather to remain generally cloudy with chances of light rain until Friday



KATHMANDU: The weather is generally cloudy across Nepal due to the low-pressure monsoon trough lying in the Indian State of Bihar and its surrounding areas.

Issuing a weather bulletin this morning, the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) said the weather will remain partly to generally cloudy across the country with chances of light to moderate rain amidst thunderstorms in one or two places of Karnali and Sudurpashchim provinces and in a few places of the rest of the provinces.

Similarly, the weather will remain partly to generally cloudy across the country with chances of light to moderate rains amidst thunderstorms on Thursday.

Likewise, the Division has predicted party to generally cloudy weather with chances of light to moderate rains in a few places of Pradesh 1, Bagmati, Gandaki provinces on Friday.

Meanwhile, the MFD has cautioned people warning of landslides and flash floods in these areas.
