Security forces to use homemade uniforms, shoes



KATHMANDU: The government has decided to make arrangement for the homemade uniforms and shoes for the security forces.

Presenting the budget of fiscal year 2020/21 Minister for Finance Dr. Yuba Raj Khatiwada has declared to make necessary arrangement for the homemade uniforms and shoes for the security forces of the country.

“The government will make necessary arrangement to manufacture uniforms and shoes in the country,” Dr. Khatiwada said speaking in the parliament on Thursday.

He has also announced to encourage the domestic industries through tax system.

Similarly he has announced ‘one province, one tourist destination’ program.

The government has allocated 2.26 billion rupees for this program.
