12 COVID-19 patients recover in Nepal so far



KATHMANDU: A total of 12 COVID-19 patients have recovered across the country so far.

A 27-year-old youth in Chitwan is the latest person to be discharged.

A 63-year-old woman and her 27-year-old son from Brahmanagar of Rapti municipality-8 in Chitwan district were conformed to be infected on April 17.

Both of them had arrived in Nepal from the UK in mid-March via Qatar Airways.

According to Spokesperson at the Ministry of Health and Population Dr. Bikash Devkota, the remaining 37 are undergoing treatment.

Among them, 30 are receiving treatment in Biratnagar, five in Birgunj and one each in Dhangadhi and Biratnagar.
