105 including 20 health workers test negative for COVID-19 in Udayapur

UDAYAPUR: 105 persons including 20 health workers in the district have tested negative for COVID-19 through Polymerase Chain Reaction tests conducted at Koshi Hospital in Biratnagar.

In the test conducted through the PCR, 58 persons from Chaudandigadhi Municipality-5, Siwayi, and 27 persons from Triyuga Municipality-1, Mothiya including 20 health workers have tested negative for coronavirus.

District Public Health Office and Province Public Health Team had collected the swab samples on Thursday.

After a large number of people in Nuri Mosque and Bhuli tested positive for COVID-19, the Public Health team collected the swab samples of the health workers and people living nearby.
