President certifies bill to amend Industrial Enterprise Development Act

KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari today validated the Bill designed to amend Industrial Enterprise Development Institute Act, 2053.

The bill authentication was in line with Article 113 (2) of the constitution.

The Bill was sent to the President for certification after being passed from both houses, the National Assembly and the House of Representatives, the Federal Parliament, reads a statement issued by President Office’s Spokesperson Hari Prasad Dahal.
