Public transport shut down in Bhaktapur Municipality



BHAKTAPUR: Bhaktapur municipality has decided to shut down public transportation until August 31.

The decision was taken by a meeting today of Mayor Sunil Prajapati with the transport entrepreneurs of Bhaktapur city area.

The decision was taken considering the increasing number of Corona Virus cases in Nepal and in Kathmandu valley, including Bhaktapur, Mayor Prajapati said.

As a result, all public transportation services in the short route will remain completely closed until the end of August.
