Three wards of Sindhupalchowk sealed after death of new mother



SINDHUPALCHOWK: Three wards of the district have been sealed following the death of a 29-year-old new mother due to likely coronavirus.

District Disaster Management Committee Sindhupalchok has decided to seal Ward No. 9 Ramche of Barhabise Municipality and wards 7 and 8 of Balefi Rural Municipality, said District Coordinating Committee Chief Krishna Gopal Tamang.

It has been decided in the meeting of the committee to request Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and Nepal Army to seal off the wards.

Barhabise Primary Health Center has also been sealed after the woman had gone to the health center for treatment.
