GULMI: A cadre of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav-led outfit has been arrested.
According to police, they have arrested Sante Nepali, 46, alias Basanta of Madane Rural Municipality-6.
Nepali is the district coordinator of Dalit Morcha, a sister organization of the outfit.
Acting on a tip-off, a police team deployed from Area Police Office, Phurkotdaha arrested him, said Police Inspector Raj Kumar Rawal at District Police Office, Gulmi.
