DoIB postpones services until further notice

KATHMANDU: The Department of Information and Broadcasting (DoIB) has suspended all its services until further notice after one of its staffers tested positive for COVID-19.

The distribution and renewal of press passes, online registration and renewal, all works related to radio and TV, and visa recommendation work for foreign journalists have been suspended.

But the works related to clean-feed broadcasting will be conducted regularly, DOIB said in a statement.
