Driver injured in truck accident dies



KATHMANDU: A driver of a truck has died when two trucks collided head-on near Khaharepul in Narayangadh-Muglin road section on Monday.

According to Surya Bahadur Thapa, Spokesperson of District Police Office, Chitwan, the driver of the truck, Na 4 Kha 8011, died in the collision with another truck, Na 6 Kha 2423.

He said that the deceased is Ajaya Sah of Bara’s Prawanipur-2.

After the accident, the badly injured driver was rushed to Old Medical College, Chitwan where he died while undergoing treatment.

Three more got injured in the accident.
