Pakistani Ambassador calls on Home Minister Thapa



KATHMANDU: Pakistani Ambassador to Nepal Mazhar Javed on Sunday paid a courtesy call on Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa at the latter’s office in Singha Durbar.

Issues such as bilateral ties between Nepal and Pakistan and mutual cooperation were discussed during the meeting.

The meeting, in fact, was a farewell call, as Pakistani Ambassador Javed is returning to his country after completing his tenure in Nepal.

Home Minister Thapa wished Ambassador Javed all success for his future postings.
