DAMAK: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has asserted that NC will stand in the favor of the public by assuming the role of a strong opposition.

Inaugurating the newly built building of the NC regional committee office at Damak of Jhapa and honoring six NC cadres today, leader Deuba blamed that the public was not optimist to the government performance.

Deuba further claimed that the government had failed to deliver although it had promised high in the election.
