KATHMANDU: Lawmakers during today’s meeting of the National Assembly (NA) drew the government’s attention to control the anti-democratic activities.

Likewise, he also drew the government’s attention towards the activities that could influence the investigation into the case of journalist Rabi Lamichhane.

Another lawmaker Dhankumari Khatiwada asked the government to be extremely serious about disaster preparedness and relief.

Similarly, parliamentarian Kali Bahadur Malla made it a point to say that social networking sites cannot ascertain a person’s innocence or prove one guilty. He said that only the judiciary, not the mob, can dispense justice.
