Nepse down by 9.13 points



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) went down by 9.13 points to rest at 1307.71 points on Monday, the second trading day of the week.

The benchmark index has been on a downward trend for the last few days. Similarly, sensitive index that assesses first-rate companies, has dropped to 0.99 to settle at 279.80 points.

By and large, Nepse went down by 0.69 percent while sensitive index dropped by 0.35 percent.

A total of 3, 398, 680 units of shares 172 companies were sold for worth Rs 1,220,500,000 on Monday. It is more by 130 million rupees compared to that of Sunday.
