KATHMANDU: Khabarhub Special Correspondent Thaneswar Guragai is heading to Paris to set four Guinness World Records in front of the Eiffel Tower in the first week of August.
He is planning to spin basketball with a toothbrush in his mouth for more than 60s, spinning a basketball on the elbow for more than 10 seconds, passing metal rings with 28 cm circumference from head to toe 10 times in a minute and balancing a chair on the chin for 3 mins. If he breaks the records, the number of Guinness World Records reaches 23.
In a program organized to bid farewell Thaneswar to France at the Pavilion Hall, Durbarmarg, French Ambassador to Nepal François-Xavier Léger wished him for the success.
“I am happy and proud to know breaking the world records in France,” Ambassador Leger said. He further stated that the people of Paris will enjoy the events as France always appreciate innovation, creativity, and skills.
Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) at the Embassy of France in Nepal Arnaud Champy wished Guragai best of luck for his mission.
Guragai is breaking the records in Paris to mark the 70th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral relations between Nepal and France. He will be accompanied to Paris by Dhiraj Poudel and Kalpana Lamsal.
Meanwhile, Pavilion Media Group Chairman Naresh Shrestha also wished for the success.
