Floods obstruct Bharatpur-Madi-Thori road



BHARATPUR: The Bharatpur-Madi-Thori section of the road has been disrupted due to incessant rain-triggered floods coming from Bagai and Ghangar rivers.

District Police Office, Chitwan said floods from the rivers in Madi municipality-9 have obstruction the traffic since Tuesday morning.

Meanwhile, the water-level in Kharkatta and Riu rivers in the Madi municipality-8 has also increased making it difficult for the locals to cross them.
