KATHMANDU: Prime Minister K P Oli has claimed that his government has created a history in accomplishing major tasks within a short period of time.

“Be assured, this government has accomplished several major tasks within a short period of time,” PM Oli said while launching a program aimed at mobilizing funds of the general public for hydropower development in Kathmandu.

The program has been launched coinciding with the first anniversary of the KP Oli-led government. He went to claim that the country would graduate to a developed country in the next 10 years.

“Since we have built a strong foundation in all fronts — legally, strategically and financially –there’s no looking back,” the Prime Minister said while justifying his assurance.

Stating that despite being in resources, the country has not been able to exploit them, PM Oli assured that all Nepalis will benefit from the country’s hydro-power sector in the next few years.

“Trust me, the country is moving ahead on the path of development and prosperity,” he said adding, “It’s time to act more and talk less.”
