Flights disrupted in Jumla due to snowfall

JUMLA: Snowfall has hit mountainous district Jumla since early this morning throwing life and daily routines of the people out of gear.

With it, regular flights from and to Jumla has been disrupted. The transpiration via different road sections are also disrupted today, said Min Bahadur Thapa.

On the other hand, farmers in the region are found pleased with the snowfall expecting betterment of their crops, said a local farmer Ratiman Budha.

He added that the children and elderly people are living inside the house to protect them from chilling cold.
