When attempting to access the services, many users see an error message indicating an unexpected problem and stating that efforts are underway to resolve it. Similar issues have also been reported on Instagram.
Meta has not yet provided an official status update for users regarding the outage, and its professional tools dashboard has also not been updated, making it difficult for users to obtain confirmed information about the extent of the disruption.
