22 injured as picnic bus turns turtle in Bhaktapur  



KATHMANDU: As many as 22 students were injured after a bus carrying them to a picnic spot met with an accident on Friday.

The bus, Ba 5 Kha 4286, which was heading to Ghyampedanda carrying students of Madan Bhandari College for a picnic turned sideways near Ganesh Mandir in Suryabinayak Municipality.

Twenty among those injured are undergoing treatment at Iwamura Hospital while the remaining two are receiving treatment at Bhaktapur Hospital, Metropolitan Police Range Bhaktapur said.

Break failure was the cause behind the accident, said police.
