Discipline should begin from within party itself: Shekhar Koirala



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Dr Shekhar Koirala said that the district party presidents should launch a signature campaign for the general convention.

Speaking at a party orientation program organized by Nepal Women Association, Morang chapter, in Biratnagar, Koirala said, “We often question on the government’s discipline but we are not ourselves disciplined. The empty hall proves it.”

Koirala also criticized the party for not abiding the party statute.

Speaking on the occasion,  Central Member Dr Ram Sharan Mahat urged Party President Sher Bahadur Deuba not to be arrogant with the majority.

Currently, Nepali Congress has been launching  a national awareness programs across the nation.
