Electricity to reach all households in three years: NEA



KATHMANDU: Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has said that its national transmission grid will reach the country’s each and every household within the next three years.

NEA Spokesperson Prabal Adhikari said that they are currently working towards that end.

According to NEA, meanwhile, has said that 40 districts of Nepal will have access to electricity by the end of this fiscal year.

Thirty percent of the households in Karnali – currently the least illuminated province — have access to electricity, according to NEA.
