NSP cadres join NCP in Gorkha

GORKHA: Around 40 cadres of the Naya Shakti Party (NSP) joined Nepal Communist Party (NCP) in Gorkha.

The NSP cadres joined the NCP citing dissatisfaction over the merger of the party with the Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum to form the Socialist Party Nepal.

They said that they worked with the Naya Shakti Party with the expectation that the party would lead a socio-economic revolution, which, they argued, did not happen.
