NAC aircraft meets with accident while landing at Nepalgunj Airport

KATHMANDU: An aircraft of Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has met with an accident at Nepalgunj Airport on Saturday.

An aircraft of the national flag carrier that had flown to Nepalgunj from Kathmandu to bring throat swab samples of those undergoing quarantine undershoot runway while landing at the airport, said Prem Nath Thakur, Chief Nepalgunj Airport.

Five people including three crew members and two medical persons were on board the plane.
