Five Biplav cadres arrested in connection with Dhanusha bombing



DHANUSHA: Five persons have been arrested in connection with an explosion that took place at Chhireshwarnath Municipality-5, Mahendranagar of the district on Friday midnight killing three persons.

According to police, those arrested are the cadres and leaders of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit.

Police said District Secretary of the outfit Lalita Devi Mahara hailing from Hansapur Municipality-2 is among those arrested, adding they are further investigating the case.

Three people were killed in the bomb blast on Friday midnight.  The deceased are Rajesh Shah (45) and his son Ananda Shah (25) and Police Inspector Amir Kumar Dahal.
