Ward office, excavator torched in Sankhuwasabha



SANKHUWASABHA: An unidentified gang set a fire to an excavator and a ward office in the Madi Municipality in the district.

The arson attack took place at 12 am today.

Official documents, furniture, computer, photocopy, printer, mobile phone sets were gutted in the fire, said Mayor Bidur Subba.

A huge number of security personnel have been deployed in the incident site following the arson attack.

The outlawed Chand-outfit may have hand in the incident, said Subba.
