TANAHUN: A student leader of the banned Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit has been arrested on Monday.
District Chairman of the student wing of the outfit Mamata Ruchal was arrested while she was heading to Byas Municipality-1 from Damauli, the district headquarters.
DSP Lilaraj Lamichhane at District Police Office, Tanahun said they are further investigating against her.
He added that police have so far arrested 16 leaders of the outfit from the district.
