Police arrest woman on charge of murdering husband

NAWALPARASI: The West Nawalparasi police have arrested two persons including a woman on a charge of murdering husband from the district.

One of the arrestees has been identified as Saraswati Pokharel, 35, of Ramgram municipality-3, spouse of the deceased Rabindra Prasad Pandey, 41, while the identity of another one is not disclosed as his involvement in the crime is yet to be ascertained, said Superintendent of Police Lalmani Acharya.

The police made this arrest after the body of Pandey was found decayed in a septic tank of a local school on Friday during a search.
