UK PM says progress in next few days key to Brexit deal

LONDON: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said the coming few days would be key to his chances of securing a Brexit deal, international media reports have said.

He said that an agreement with the European Union (EU) was still possible.

With not more than seven weeks remaining until the UK is due to leave the EU, PM Johnson has yet to make a deal with Brussels to manage the separation.

Johnson has vowed to leave the EU with or without a deal on Oct. 31.
