Five vehicles destroyed as fire breaks out at motor workshop

KATHMANDU: A fire has broken out at a Ford Motor Company workshop inside the Balaju Industrial Area on Thursday afternoon.

According to SSP Uttam Subedi, chief of Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, five vehicles were damaged in the fire.

“Nepal Police, Armed Police Force have brought the fire under control with the help of firefighters,” said Subedi.

He said they are investigating how the fire stated and the estimated property destroyed in the fire.
