LALITPUR: Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Shakti Bahadur Basnet said the government was ready to further manage the community rural electrification campaign.
“The government will support the community rural electrification campaign. The constitution has promoted the concept of development with citizen participation and the public-private partnership. We take electric cooperatives as a part of the state,” he said.
He praised the community electrification for its delivery as he said it is an important part of the cooperative.
