Landslides are common in Nepal during monsoon/File Photo
HETAUDA: Two highways connecting Hetauda with Kathmandu have been obstructed by landslides caused by heavy rain.
Both Kanti Lokpath and Madan Bhandari Marga are currently impassable due to these landslides, as confirmed by the police.
The District Police Office Makwanpur has reported that a landslide occurred at the Hetauda-Bhaise-Bhimphedi-Kulekhani-Kathmandu road section in Bhimphedi Rural Municipality-2, Jaltar of Makwanpur along the Madan Bhandari route, leading to the blockage.
