KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ is returning home on Saturday after a four-day visit to India.
PM Dahal, who went to India on Wednesday, is scheduled to fly home at 4.30 pm.
According to PM Dahal’s Secretariat, the Prime Minister stayed in Indore on Friday and will return home via Delhi today.
Earlier on Friday, he offered prayers at the Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain.
PM Dahal, who also observed the waste management system of Indore, hoped that the success achieved by India through the ‘Clean India Campaign’ could be useful in managing waste in Kathmandu.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan hosted a dinner in honor of Prime Minister Prachanda on Friday evening.
The Prime Minister has termed his four-day visit to India as an astounding success.
During the visit to India, seven agreements were signed between the two countries on electricity trade, transportation, expansion of petroleum pipelines, construction of economic infrastructure among others.
