Health condition of RSP chair Rabi Lamichhane’s turns critical



KATHMANDU: The health condition of Dil Bahadur Thapa (Shambhu), the driver of Rastriya Swatantra Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane is alarming.

According to Mediciti Hospital sources, Thapa’s condition is ‘critical’. His heart rate and blood pressure are said to be maintained with the help of medical equipment.

“Thapa’s condition is very critical. Now the heart rate and blood pressure are maintained with the help of a machine,” said a hospital source.

Thapa was found falling from the roof of Rabi Lamichhane’s house in Chitwan on Monday (April 17) morning. He had gone upstairs to sleep at night and was found injured in the morning and was rushed to the old medical college in Chitwan for treatment.

The Nepali Army helicopter flew him to Lalitpur-based Mediciti Hospital on April 18.
