KATHMANDU: Visiting British Army’s major-general Duncan Capps called on Chief of Army Staff Purna Chandra Thapa today.
During the meeting held at Bhadrakali-based Nepali Army (NA) headquarters, the duo discussed about the issues relating to bilateral help and mutual interest, the NA Directorate of Public Relations said.
